The MSI file The Windows Installer is an installation and configuration service that is shipped with Microsoft Windows 2000 and Windows ME. The MSI file contain all the files required for installing Velocipede and instructions about where to place the different files. The Windows Installer read the MSI file and install Velocipede on your system. If the MSI file is an unknown filetype on your system, then you are don't have the Windows Installer on your machine.
